Candidate Requirements:

  • Passion for the senior population
  • Valid Driver’s License
  • Ability to pass State background check
  • Secondary ID (Social Security Card is acceptable)
  • Car Insurance (must have a car)
  • Current CPR Card
  • Negative TB Skin Test (PPD) or X-Ray showing no active TB.

CEU’s completed (within the last 12 months):

  • Alzheimer’s Disease
  • Assistance with Self-Medication
  • Domestic Violence
  • HIPAA
  • HIV/Aids
  • OSHA
