Alzheimer’s Fund Raiser – Sunday, October 24 – Reston Town Center
My name is Shirley Poehnelt and I am a volunteer with the Alzheimer’s Association working with Shiri Rozenberg, Constituent Events Manager for the National Capital Area Chapter.
We are currently planning for this year’s local event which will be held on Sunday, October 24th at the Reston Town
Center.
Would you consider helping us raise awareness and funds for Alzheimer’s care, support, and research by supporting one of the following opportunities?
· Hosting a Fundraiser – Please consider hosting a fundraiser on our behalf, donating a percent of a customer’s purchases during a specific time frame back to our mission
· Donating a Prize – Please consider donating an item and/or gift certificate for us to use as an incentive item to help us increase constituent participation
